Your data at Signal Grid Academy

What we collect
- Account details: your name and email. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your Google account ID and profile photo URL. We never see your Google password.
- Profile answers: your operating system, AI experience, interests, learning goal, country and how you heard about us.
- Sign-up source: the invite code or campaign link you used (for example utm_source), the first Academy page you landed on, your approximate country from our network provider, and your browser type.
- Learning activity: courses started, quiz scores, assignment answers you submit, certificates and share-button clicks.
- Community posts: discussions and replies you post in the forum, which other members can read.
Why we collect it
To run your account and track your progress, to show steps for your computer, to issue certificates, to understand which courses and channels work so we can improve them, and, only if you ticked the box, to email you about new courses and community news.
Who can see it
Only the Signal Grid team. Your name appears on your forum posts and on certificates you choose to share. We don't sell your data. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text.
