Your AI toolkit as a TikTok seller

Most TikTok sellers lose hours to the same jobs: writing listings, answering the same questions, planning videos and guessing what's working. AI can take most of the typing off your hands. You keep the decisions.

The toolkit

  • TikTok Shop Seller Center + Seller app: orders, listings, promotions, payouts and analytics. TikTok has been adding AI helpers inside it (such as a Seller Assistant). Which ones you see depends on your country and account.
  • Claude: your writer and analyst. Listings, scripts, buyer replies, review summaries and reading exported reports.
  • A video editor (CapCut, TikTok's own editor, or similar) for captions and quick cuts.
  • One Google Sheet as your shop notebook: products, prices, costs, stock, FAQs.

Make a "My Shop" Project in Claude

Create a Project and paste this as its instructions so every chat already knows your shop:

Products and prices: see the attached product sheet. Never invent prices, stock or delivery times.

Upload your product sheet (export it as CSV) and your FAQ to the Project.

Keep your files tidy

Windows steps

Make a folder Documents\TikTok Shop with subfolders products, reports, videos. Export Seller Center reports into reports.

Golden rule: AI drafts, you approve. Nothing goes to a buyer, a listing or a video without you reading it first.
